RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer within the meaning of European consumer law and conclude a distance contract with PepQuality, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions set out below and in applicable legislation.

Business customers and research organizations purchasing as professionals may not benefit from consumer withdrawal rights.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, you generally have 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform PepQuality of your decision by a clear statement submitted through the Contact page or another durable medium once contact details are published.

Please include your order reference, full name, and a clear declaration that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

If withdrawal is validly exercised, PepQuality will reimburse payments received for the goods, including standard delivery costs where required by law, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed of the decision to withdraw.

Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received back or evidence of return shipment is provided, whichever is earlier, where permitted by law.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided by law, including sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, and goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Given the nature of research laboratory materials, certain products may be excluded from withdrawal once opened, unsealed or otherwise compromised for quality and safety reasons.

A withdrawal notice may include: your name, address, order number, product description, date of order/receipt, and an explicit statement that you withdraw from the purchase contract.
